- 400g McCain Crispers
- 1 cup guacamole dip
- 1 cup spicy Mexican salsa
- Chopped coriander to serve
- Deep fry McCain Crispers as instructed and drain.
- Place crispers on serving platter with the v-cut upwards. Using a teaspoon, fill Crispers with guacamole, then top with a dollop of salsa.
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander to serve.
